Route:  Increasing hill intervals- treadmill

Took some pointers from my last post and did hill intervals which did make the treadmill much more enjoyable.  It was tough and I'm excited for the next one.  Usually I don't count my warm up/cool down mileage, but I think maybe I'll start.  .3 warm up, 3.05 intervals + cool down = 3.35
