Mister B3 has hit yet another month of life and I'm thinking he has reached the point where he looks like a little boy and not a baby anymore. Man, that went fast!
Little guy is little, but getting tall! He still wears size 2 diapers and 6-12 month clothes. He apparently popped out another tooth (#7) at the end of the month, but I never noticed until it was well out. :( He's been eating his hand this week so I think maybe #8 will arrive soon which will be four on top and four on bottom.
He has been babbling a lot which is super cute, and he says dada. Tonight was the first night I heard him say mama! Finally!
This past month he had his first FORT. Kind of.
Earlier in the month we were putting him in the pack 'n play for half of the night, but these days it's just easier on everybody if he just sleeps with us. LOVE IT.
Little guy wore matching ties with dad on Father's Day. They sure looked dapper.
B3 thought it was hilarious to hit himself with the wooden spoon. It sure looked painful but he chuckled each time.
He had his first box experience which he didn't know how much he should LOVE it. He also has become obsessed with the plastic rings and brings them with him everywhere.
Here is a teethy picture that makes him look so grown!
He loves music and to watch mom play the piano. Rykar also enjoys hanging out by the piano during some tunes.
When I grew up, my mom would play the piano clear into the night and it is something my siblings and I all loved falling asleep to. I'm hoping for the same thing in our house.
We wanted to buy him his first real running shoes (NOOSAS!!) but it was hard to justify the cost when he's not walking yet.
The plastic rings even make appearances at Friday lunches with Ben.
He is crawling all over the place and into everything. Like as I type this he is two feet away playing with the dog bowl.
Below is prior to the baby containment set-up (picture coming soon). Poor mom (aka ME) has had a hard time getting work done when baby boy is everywhere.
He loves the water and we try to spend as many evenings at the pool as we can. Rykar also loves the camera and has to stand right in front. :P
I have been taking so many videos that I hope to stitch together for those interested in seeing him morph into a little boy from a newborn. It's such a fast and fun process to both watch and be a part of.
We love our litte B cubed. He makes our days so much fun! We love you baby boy!!
