UPDATE 5/2012:
We moved to the city!! We hope to establish permanent roots in this area. It is beautiful.
UPDATE 3/2012:
We've been in Arizona for close to ten months and are enjoying the sunshine, pool time and extended racing season. We live in a small town and if we were a little bit closer to Phoenix we might even stay here, but we do plan to transfer to the valley and re-introduce the city life before trying for a family.
Ben enjoys his accounting job for the mine, and I still work (part time) doing CAD drawings for the company I worked for in SLC. I also have been teaching some classes at the fitness club in town which has been fun for me!
That's pretty much it! So exciting, I know. =)

We're headed to Arizona on 6/1/11!
Currently...
We haven't re-located and are pretty local to friends and family (which is so nice)!! Ben spends his days doing miscellaneous private contracting jobs, while trying to find a permanent job outside of the state to allow us to move.
I work as a CAD designer and stare at AutoCAD for a majority of the days, help with estimation, occasionally visit jobsites in my pink :) hardhat, and attend many boring meetings with architects and commercial owners.
Sometimes we want to stick around, but we really would love to have the opportunity to move out of state before raising our family, or who knows, permanently. We have a plan, but things never really go as planned, so we're not really planning on the plan. Ha.
We spend our time making/eating dinner, watching Netflix, working out, and wishing for warmer weather or a new job to take us to it!! We're kind of boring right now, but we like it that way. :)
